My 2003 vette's fuel gage is acting up. It first started to register as "empty" if the fuel level got below 3/4 tank. Now the fuel gage and mileage remaining in the tank are totally unreliable and left me stranded on the road out of gas once.
GM site says there's a problem with fuel sensors with vettes built after Dec 2002 that can be fixed with an $88 sensor. My vette was build Nov. 2002.
Does anyone have any experience or can share knowledge about the right fix for my problem?

Sea foam,one can on a full tank should get it back to normal.

I used chevron techtron once and I run BP high test never had it come back:thumbsup3:

A couple of cans of Techron Plus and start running Chevron gas. Problem goes away and stays away. :thumbsup:
