Can anyone in the Austin, Tx area reccomend an installer for American Racing headers?

Well any shop will install any brand of headers. So I would just google up that area and see what comes up. Or do the job yourself, it is really easy.

Problem is no lift, right arm that doesn't work well any longer. Went to the shop our family has used for years and they said not to do it as it would cause emission problems. We have a very strict yearly inspection.

I think the regulation vary from County to County. All Metropolitan areas have very strict regulations. The gizmo is placed in the tail pipe and a state form is completed with the readings. Some people find a way to have the yearly inspection done in another county than is unrestricted,

That sure beats a state wide regulation! Aren't most states with those types of restrictions, enforce those laws statewide?

Blackhorse is lucky, his town had a 2007 population in July 2007: 347.
Males: 177 (51.0%)
Females: 170 (49.0%)

The whole county had 19617 population in 2008. Where I live the town is expected to have 100,000+ in the current census.
