a power programmer is for stock corvettes.if you have a 91-up vette the the ECU will adjust to the mods you have made.if you have a 93-96 C4 vette then i'd get the SLP ZR-1 style Cold Air Intake with triple K'N Filters.now that will give you a noticible tire smokeing boost.....
