From left to right it feels almost as though it doesn't turn as far to the left as it does going to the right.
It could just be me as I rarely ever turn the wheels that sharp in either direction. But I did this weekend and it just seemed odd.
Is this something to look into?

When aligning the front the steering wheel should be centered and then locked into place. Then the wheels should be adjusted for toe, caster and camber. This will result in equal turns lock to lock and an equal turning radius.

Did you unhook the steering for any reason in the past and not center it up upon re installing it?

Yes it does seem that way, I mean it won't affect my daily driving as I said I rarely turn that sharp, I was just looking for thoughts on what may have been the issue if there was one.
No I have not disconnected anything since owning this Vette, I can't say I know for sure if the previous owner did or didn't.
