We’ve just installed the Ron Davis Radiator. Shown is close up (front) of radiator and shroud and side aluminum panels. Ergo no air can escape out the sides or top.

Shown is same opening viewed further back with ram air tunnel above splitter.

Shown is undertray which has internal air deflector. Ergo the splitter undertray deflects air upward into the radiator and the radiator shroud keeps the air from escaping up top.

Tom, I would assume that with the looks of all your pics and just knowing what is going into this car that you are going to professionally race this beast? If you do, I will be your pit crew, or atleast a part of it!! Just to get a chance to see that baby up close and personal! Great job!

Thanks! I won’t be professionally racing it, but hope to get it out once per week and really drive the crap out of it. Dream project for me!

The project’s certainly not cheap. On the flip side, by starting with a 2002 Z06 and selling off all the parts, I started with a reasonably price base.

The car’s cheap by comparison to some of the Porsches I see on the track. I see a lot of guys take brand new GT3 and strip them/mod for the track!

I think my car when done, will provide a good level of performance for the cost. Then as they say, “anything worth doing, is worth overdoing”.

Yes, it's Warhawk block 427 with ETP heats, Dailey Dry sump running 13/1 compression on 110 octane.

We are completing the new wiring harness for the engine which isn't running on the OEM computer, rather the car has a Motec engine/race mgmt system.
