Hello,

I have read a lot of posts of Air Intakes, But I am still not quite getting a definative answer. It sounds like most people are getting about a
10HP increase from after market air filters. Some manufactures are posting ridiculous HP results. Are they all about the same? or air there any that are clearly better then others? I am interested in the BROTHERS because it comes with an aluminum tube which I like. I don't think the Vararam will work on mine because of my custom bumper. If there are some that are clearly better then others I will get that one.

Let me know.

i like and use the blackwing.you can't really do much better than that....it's pricey at $250.00 but tons better then going cheap like adding a k&n in the stock systems air box.:burnout:

I got the K&N direct air for my 2001 and sounds and runs great and is a perfect match for my Magna Flows. Fairly easy to install and will not suck in water as with the Vararam. Check the prices on ebay as you will get the best prices there.

My old dyno shop in San Diego only installs K&N cold air systems. Says they flow as good as anything on the market, and cheaper than most.
