Hey guys I need some help. My 96-Lt1 Just dropped dead on the way home.
I got gas . scanned and had no codes . Have 45lbs fuel presure. I sprayed start fluid in intake and it try to come to idle. i check the fuses .
What do I do Now.

Have you verified that you have spark?. Also, hook your fuel pressure gauge back up, turn the key on, and see if that 45lbs of pressure holds or if it drops down to 0.

I ran into some real good step by step instructions on how to troubleshoot the no start condition. It was the Ignition module that was bad.
I should have known, I have this problem before in these electronic ignition Cars. Were my dell meter?
I let all the fancy stuff cloud my thinking.
But now i own a fuel Pressure Test gage and some NOID lights.
