I know people who have gone to Chuck Cow with Corvettes of Westchester and swear by the guy. I guess he fly's around the U.S. tuning peoples cars. Look around in here, I found a few post by him with his locations that he visits. But I think he's in your neighborhood. Good luck :cheers:
