Would these be comparable to like Koni's or better?
Would these be comparable to like Koni's or better?
Yes, these are very comparable to the Koni 3013. Our sport shocks offer some features that the competition do not offer. Our shocks have a spherical bearing in the front lower mount to minimize unwanted deflection. Our shocks also offer a shorter shock body. What this means to you is that the suspension will compress farther before bottoming, so feel free to lower your car! Also, the adjustments on our shocks are very linear compared to Koni's 3013 or QA-1. Also, one thing that should be noted is that our shocks were developed specifically for the Corvette. We are not taking a general shock and modifying it to work on the Corvette. We build the shocks from scratch to work with the Corvette.
Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions!
PS. I'm jealous of your HPI Baja 5B! I have been drooling over those for awhile now!

Hey Josh,
Quick Question?
Z51/Z55 shocks are through the roof!
My 03 is in need... 35,000 miles
Goodwrench is quoting me 1,000. each on the fronts & 800. each on the rears. 3,600 in parts alone! Anything with wires means trouble!
With labor I'm thinking 5M out the door...
Is there a pfadt shock that would work for my C5?
Thanks in advance! CB

Yeah, the F45/55 replacements are slightly on the expensive side.
:thud: <-- F45/55 owner getting the replacement shock quote!
There are some options for you F45/55 owners. If you are willing to give up your electronic shocks then you can replace them with any shock. However, when you do this you need to buy F45/55 simulators which fool the computer into thinking that the electronic shocks are still installed. Otherwise, if they are just removed the car will go into "limp mode" and will limit your top speed and impose a number of other undesirable limiters.
So if you buy our sport shocks, $890, and the simulators, $179, you are about a 1/3 the cost of the factory replacements!
So the short answer to your question is; yes, we can get your F45/55 car tearing up the track with our sport shocks in no time! :burnout:
Please do not hesitate to give us a call if you have any questions!

We are not planning on making leaf springs at this point, we are working on more exciting products! However, we do recommend Hypercoil leaf springs. They make very high quality products, actually the same people that make the factory springs. We carry Hypercoil leaf springs so if you are interested please give us a call.
