I would like to get something different from the stock dash trim. Has anyone delt with or installed aftermarket dash trim. I have looked on line and found a few different companies that make this in carbon fiber, wood grain, and matching paint to your car? Prices range a bit as well?? Is a "do-it-yourself" job if I pick up one of these sets? thank you

I've seen them range from $300 to $500. I had mine repainted to match exterior of car (cost $200). The easiest piece to remove was the center console. With a little patience it is a job you can do yourself. When putting the center part back just make sure you remember to connect the wires no the under before fastening down!

I was just on the phone with West Coast Corvette today discussing this, they have them over there and I was told that it is a job that can be done by yourself if you are "handy" as it was refered to.
