Well I changed the fluids and it is still making that noise that one would expect when PS is on its way out.
Where is a good place to get a new one, is it alright to get rebuilt on this? Thanks, This is my 88 C4.

Coulda said this above, nothing wrong w/rebuilt p/s rack.......whats preferred I don't know, but someone will jump in here with that info, If I have a real collector car I'd rebuild what I got

I would check all power steering lines for kinks,a pinched hose makes lots of noise.
