There are a few possbilities.

But, you can see where it would be leaking from the underside of the vehicle. Simply look for an orange trace running down the block or areas that coolant run through.

All Dexcool will leave that trace, even if it has evaporated.

The leak will show up immediately if you have the cooling system pressure tested.

That is what they test every time NOPE not that

You can get a kit that's used with a black light. Put the dye in the coolant, wait till it leaks and follow the trail with the black light.

thats how i found the AC freon leak in the HOnda,,,it didnt show at first but then after about 2 months you can see the leak..gotta get a new pressure hose
