Can I do it with some sort of tool that I don't know about?

C4 for sure

Yup, just get yourself a brake bleeding kit. They are not that expensive (about $30 for a decent one). Be sure to start at the furthest wheel from the master cylinder and work your way back.

I really like using speed bleeders, makes it a simple one man job.

Or do it for free, using the "gravity bleeding" Method. Fastest way (which only takes a bout 10 minutes) is this:
*Open all the bleeders.
*Pump brake pedal carefully monitoring reservoir until reservoir is nearly empty.
*Let gravity drain until reservoir is ALMOST empty (don't let it suck air!), then fill w/fresh fluid.
*Pump pedal again until almost empty, and fill again. At this point, you should have clean fluid coming from each bleeder. If one is still dirty or not flowing, close all the others and repeat the above until that one is flowing and clean.
*Open all bleeders again and let flow untill NO air comes out (should take less than 30 seconds to eliminate any air that was sucked in to caliper on pedal release).
*Tap caliper body w/hammer to "release" any bubbles inside caliper, wait another few seconds for those to rise and escape, then close bleeder(s).
*Check brakes.

^This^ Method works wicked good for me, in all kinds of vehicles, and is quick, one person and no special tools. Been doing it this way for 15 years.

I always gravity bleed my brakes. Just take the lid off the master cylinder and crack open the bleeder valves furthest from the master cylinder (the right rear). When they are both freely dripping, close them off and open the bleeder valves on the left rear. Then go to the right front. Then the left front. Keep the master cylinder at least 1/2 full during the whole bleeding operation, then fill it to the top when you've finished. There's nothing to it.
