I can't find any codes when checking to find out why my service engine light keep coming on and after i drive for about 10 minutes it will go off and if i hit a bump in the road it will come on again and stay on until i shut it down for awhile and cme back then it will go through this all over again,i am new here this is my first time writing i thank you all fo any help i can get,my corvette is a 1986 automatic with the aluminum heads.

Mine is an 88 and I can't remember the code number but it was the MAF sensor

Are you certain your pulling the codes correctly?
If you want to double check go up into the sticky of the tech section that lists your codes. In there is instructions on how to pull codes if your not sure.

Hit bumps and it comes on eh? maybe a sensor is comeing loose?
Mine been on for 2 years now i know it's a stupid sensor i just covered it up with a picture of me and the wife! :rofl:
