I own a 99 coupe.
I moved to a new state and need to install new plates. The front plate is easy, I can not find any inforamtion in the owners manual on removing the rear license holder and installing the new plate. Does anyone know how this is done?

if you mea the little frame that goes around the tag i just gently pry it off with a flathead screw driver
