Any C4 owners spending the bucks on Amsoil in your C4? Is it recommended? Was wondering on older engines would this be like a "face lift"??

I may switch to Amsoil from Mobile. I have read alot about the benefits and it seems like its a good call. We will spend more but I believe it has a longer life?

I have some here that I haven't gotten around to putting in the car yet. I was told it was a must do?

I'm a little old fashion and keeping with the Mobile 1 in mine.

I am sure it is good, use to use it in my motorhome. Very expensive, I use Mobil 1 in my 88, change it every 5000 miles, no problems.

:iagree: Synthetics are nice in all, but I would have to agree Mobil 1 will do what you need from a lubricant.

I use amsoil in my vette and have for years. It is NOT as $ as Mobil is and is a very good oil. I use it in everything I have and have had no problems.
