Having some issues with the tune for the HSR.
As you know the tune only works as well as the mechanicals so here's what I've done.

1) confirmed 19hg at the plenum
2)Ohm'd out every injector 13.3 to 13.5. Flow is 25.1 - 26.11
3) Pull spark plugs. Seem ok little white/gray here and there but not bad
4) Vac line off FPR 52 psi, Vac line on 44
5) Verified KS is not to tight
6) Triple check timing set to 6* BTDC and matches datalog program while running
7) Check for Exhaust pipe leaks

Heres a few screen shots from a datalog yesterday.
INT /BLM's are all over the place, WB02 reads a lean condition, Knock Counts are high
Tunerpro is the tuning software thats used. Been in touch with people like PCMforless and they can't do anything for me with a tune so I'm on my own. I already have a thread at TGO as well.
So any ideas? These are screenshots from the same datalog file.

Couple thoughts. 13-13.5 is kinda low for resistance. But don't think that is your problem.

What does the exhaust look like.

I had problems like you are for 2 years, that's why I decided to go with new ECU for fuel control..The stock ECU just can't do some things.

Now, don't get me wrong, the stock ECU is very comprehensive and very elegant in it's attention to detail.

HOWEVER, that also means it's a bitch to tune. Not that it can't be done.

Hey, btw, Feel free to call me and shoot the **** over this, see what's wrong.

The other issue is that there are very few people out there who can tune them. So.....I gave in to a new ECU.
