Great tourist area with a lot to do. Also some of the best 'sport roads' in the country are very nearby. There are lots of well furnished cabins for rent in the area as well as motels, bed n'breakfasts, etc. You should have fun.

It's a must do for Bike and sports car guys.

You have the Tail of the Dragon, Blue Ridge Parkway, Shenandoah just to name a few great roads.

It's kind of surprising when you actually get there. We pulled in just as it was getting dark, we were cruising through a very peacefully mountainous area then you turn a corner and you think you hit Las Vegas in the middle of nowhere.
There's every kind of accommodation available and lots to do.
Book it you will love it.

The only negative is every other car is a cop car and they love their radar. :burnout:
