Good Mexico or Caribbean cruise to recommend?

Carnival cruise is the only company I know of. With the wife's birthday coming up in June, she has always wanted to go for a Mexico or Caribbean Cruise.

Any suggestions would be great.

Carnival is the best! I went on 7 day Mexico last year that took off from LA. My girl friend wasn't feeling to good the first day but was all better after.

Cruises are fun, but I'd rather just fly to the locations. With most cruises you are stuck on the boat the entire time other than a few hours on land.
