Hey guys, last post I could'nt fix a 500 rpm bump in my idle as I came to a stop. I did all the regular stuff, check plugs, clean throttle body, put in 5 gal of 100 fuel and run the snot out of it. No good, CRC MAF cleaner is all it took. my research told me that they automaticly run a burnoff cycle, but in my case, perhaps some oil from the blackwing gumed it, although there was no oil in the tube ahead of it

Couldn't that have been caused by a aftermarket tune also?

I don't think so, my custom tune was done almost two years ago, and this cropped up after a recent 12 hour road trip. but anything is possible, like I said, flushed with CRC MAF cleaner and it cleared up. that's not to say I won't need a new MAF in the future. My reasearch online for Maf diagnosis shows eradic fluctuation at idle. While mine was minor 400-500 bump at idle while coming to a stop, while driving, it did'nt do it in neutral while revving. Plus there's the issue that it stopped after a cleaning
