Hey guys I'm looking at getting another C3 and was told this '75 is an automatic? Is there a auto to manual transmission conversion kit for these? Who has this?

Thanks

Isn't there another company that builds a similiar kit??? Its on the tip of my head... It will most likely come to me as soon as I log off here! :leaving:

Dumb question but my car had no transmission in it when I bought it. Its a manual, but how do I tell what was original transmission? Any ideas?

Muncie or B/W T-10 would be the trany your vette would have had. I would say your vette had the Muncie. M20 M21 M22

I would check on ebay or some vette savlage yards and get everything you will need to do the swap. You will need the peddle assembley, linkage, Z-bar, bell housing,Fly-wheel, clutch fork, trany(duh:lol: ) shifter and linkage and shifter mounting plate, and maybe a 4spd crossmember. Also don't forget, you will need a diffrent driveline yoke for the manual trany.

Its not a hard swap at all.

There is a guy who has a company at, http://vettesbydesign.com/ who says he can put together an entire package of needed parts to swap from auto to manual. I have NEVER used the guy, just reporting that his company can take care of this kind of thing.

Not hard but sure looks like it! Are most the holes all ready in the frame and such?
