This '07 Z06 has the worst heat issue out of any sports car I have driven. Is there anything that can be done to get ride of some of the heat coming from the center console area?

Try getting a tunnel plate, this will help with alot of the heat coming off the exhaust. Also there are companies that coat the headers and this too will cut down alot of the heat.
