What are your thoughts on this? I have heard a few conflicting ideas as to if this makes a big difference. I have a friend that is looking at the STS system and he has a set of long tube headers and I always thought that you would lose too much heat through the headers but he said if they had titanium in them and were say 321 stainless that they hold in the heat better.
So what gives?

Not sure, I understand that you need as much heat as possible to get those turbos spinning and headers lets the heat go to fast.

You can get the headers coated or wrapped to keep the heat in.

Most keep on the manifolds.
