I know there are other filters out there other than the AC Delco UPF44 that the car came with. Has anyone had much experience with different filters?

I use a Mobil 1 filter, cause the store closest to me stocks it. Wix is good.

Just stay away from Fram as they've gone down hill and the K&Ns have had that nut knocked off on speed bumps spewing vast quanities of oil unto the mall parking lot in front of millions of people!

GM's Gold filter seems to be a good one.

I've been using the Mobil 1 filter. Whats this "Wix" one you speak of? Never heard of Wix before? Is it better?
