Just wanted to share a custom tune we did here on a customers 00 FRC.
This is a stock bottom end, AFR 205, TR TraK cam, Fast 90/LS2 90, LG Pros, ProCharger P1 (old straight cut) setup. 93 octane pump gas, no meth, 7 psi. Belt starts slipping a bit around 6000rpm, if he can come up with a solution for the slippage, we should see a bit more power.

Pretty darn stout for 7 PSI! Nice! :D

Thanks, we thought so too!
It seems to be a real happy combo of stock CR, a big cam with more overlap than the 'pros' said would work, and some great heads, not to mention a nice safe tune.
Also, according to the guys at ProCharger, these old straight cut gear blowers make better power under the curve at low boost levels than the newer units....?
Thanks
Mike

nice numbers Mike!
We have a sying here at LM Speed, 600RWHP is the new 500RWHP!
Have you tried a Reichard pulley and Gatorback belt to help the belt slip? Those have helped me in the past

Even better are the green stripe belts. Mostly used in heavy truck applications. We had a 427 F1R car that just wouldn't stop slipping even with a Reichard pulley at 14 PSI until we went with the green stripe belts.
