Reason I ask is it seems as though some mods that are track/RACE level work "well" on the street and do not $COST$ much more!!Take sway bars for instance or shocks.Even tires if you don't take your car out in the rain??So ,vote whether you normally buy STREET or TRACK/RACE Mods.Curious as to what sells more and why you wouldn,t go for the race mod.:burnout:

I like to use mods that won't turn my car into a "thing". I own a 1987 camaro with a 600hp big block. It is to wild to drive on the street on a daily basis. I also own a 1988 corvette. It has minor mods "headers, chip,t body bypassed" so it still drives like a normal car but I like to drag race and smoke the mustang crowd so I added 2 small shots of nitrous "60 horse each". The vette will run high 13's on motor and 12.60's on spray. This also helps me stay out of trouble. If I am driving the Camaro it's easy to get in big trouble at every intersection. I have just recently bought a 2000 C5 I plan to remove the nitrous from the C4 and put it on the C5. I hope to see quicker ET's and enjoy my car without any draw backs.......P.S. the front sway bar will be coming off soon!!!:thumbsup3:

first you put the mods on, then you race it to the track on the street, then race it once you get it to the track? Whats the problem?
I have over 600 at my engine, but with the way the mine is set up you can drive it easy on the roads and stomp it at the track or show that import who"s boss when need be. Just depends on how you feel at the moment. :happy0045:
Id say Both of the above
but since it is set up for drag racing ill vote that way

:iagree: I have put mods in my C3 to enhance performance. I want my car, though 30 years old, to still perform what is expected from a Vette. I know my 0 to 60 is faster than some of the new cars coming out today. My car is to be driven on the street and show those youger ones that she is still a Vette!
