I had some work done yesterday on my 2005, normally when you get in and out of the car the windows will open 1/2" and close when the door closes. Now they the windows stay open about 1/2" and don't completely close? Any ideas? ;)

I found this over on the other CF:
This is the procedure the owner's manual says you should use to reindex the window.
Raise the window and hold the up switch an extra 3 seconds. Release. Without lowering the window, hold the up switch again for 3 seconds. Release. Done.
This is called resetting of the window indexing or power window initialize and is in the owner's manual. See page 2-18 of the 2006 owner’s manual, or page 87 of the 2007 owner’s manual.
Anytime you disconnect the battery you will have to redo this!

LOL... I remember the first time this happened to me! I had not noticed and took for granted that the windows were up all the way. After 5 minutes of hosing the car off to wash it, I noticed that the windows were open about a half inch! Car was full of water
Shocker is very correct on this... anytime you unplug battery you will need to do the above mentioned steps to reset your windows.
