Thanks for the plug Alex:cheers:. I will be making a full introduction of myself shortly about our new sponsorship here on smokinvette. But yes, we have several models of boxes available for c5 corvettes and I know you will find exactly what you need at a price you will love. We are also working closely with Alex to designs a new c6 sub box. So it's going to be interesting. You can check out our work at www.subthump.com (http://www.subthump.com)

Yes. Go with Subthump. I had their box for my Camaro. A 10" never sounded so sweet!

He also makes some good amp racks. I had one in my Camaro it fit so well and the install was so easy that I picked one up for my Trans Am!

Sure is great to hear from a member of the F-body crowd. We're still doing tons of the stealthboxes and amp racks for camaros and T/A's btw. We have added a lot more products in recent years. Lots and lots of truck boxes. So anyone who needs a box in their truck or suv, be sure to check us out.

Are you guys installing 10 or 12" speakers in the spare tire well?

It really depends on the customer's preferences. Some guy's just want a 10 and that is more than enough. Others prefer a 12 because it hits a little lower and give you more output.

You have enough space for 12" speaker in there?

Yep. Our 12" stealthbox allows you to fit a 12" sub and keep it below trunk level. That way you can put a cover over it for maximum stealth and retain all the trunk space. Same way with our single 10 and dual 10 models. It works like this

If anyone is interested, I have a sub for sale that mounts flush in the center compartment of the rear. It was made by Sam Sound in Fairfeild NJ. I paid a lot for it, but will let it go cheap, call 609-752-0321
