New to forum and Corvette ownership.92 Coupe of mine is in need of roof weather stripping. I am needing windshield header-a pillars piece,Top door window seals, and rear of roof-door windows rear edge. Lots of suppliers have it from any where from 219$ and up a bit for the pieces I need. One supplier told me if I was going the Concourse route I would want their 319$ as opposed to their 219.$ stuff . Said their better stuff is latex. Is the other stuff bubblegum? As I am not concerned with Concourse judging and only want this car to be basically leak free. GM is out of the mix cause I just don't have that kind of money. Do I have to do the door stripping as they look fine but do you suppose they will match up sealing wise with the roof repro. stuff? Any input or leads as to where you purchased good stuff will be appreciated. thanks jimmijim

I'd purchase weatherstripping from one of the vendors on this site,aftermarket will be just fine, the higher priced ones are more than likely "NOS", and you won't need'em unless like the man said, for :thumbsup:show car etc, as far as matching up w/orig door rubbers, should be ok:thumbsup:

Corvette Recycling is a good place to go for those.
