I’ve been working with a company on the fabrication of Headers and an X Pipe for the C5… These are 321 Stainless Steel… This is their second design, the original design had the O2 bungs and tabs for the bellhousing slightly off.

These are “race” style Headers w/o the A.I.R. Tubes. I had them make AIR Tubes up and they are now included with the Headers. I just received mine and made the holes in the headers for them. It actually was a fairly easy job and you can place them where you need too…

On the X Pipe I had to grind down a wee bit of pipe that was protruding past the Catback mounting flanges on mine. Again, easy fix with a hand grinder… Here’s a shot showing the pipe protruding.

Ironically I haven’t installed mine yet, but several other owners have with great success! So if you were on the fence about Headers or saving for them… The wait is over!

Nice dyno sheet is that with just headers on or what other mods have you done to this?

All the Mods listed in my sig... Really a full bolt on car. We were mildly surprised by the numbers and very happy!!!

The Tuner said that these Headers made more power then his Kooks for a third of the price! I didn't bother telling him that the X Pipe was included! lol
