Man what do I have to do to make the brakes stop squeaking? I figured the pads would solve it but they didn't. Should I get better pads then hawks?

This may not help much, but I will mention it anyway. Are you using any spray wheel cleaner when you clean your wheels? A lot of times that overspray from it can cause a buildup or coating that can affect aftermarket pads, causing squeaks. For whatever reason it rarely (but occasionally) affects stock pads. I have Hawks on my C5 and had squeaks and squealing, talked to a brake expert in the industry and he mentioned the cleaner issue. Stopped using them and that got rid of about 90% of the problem.
