I think the easiest way is to remove the Headlights. That's the method I used this last set. Access is easy and re-alligning the housing is easy/visable when re-installing.

The alternative is thru the panel at the bottom. I used this method the first time I did the swap and found it difficult to negotiate around the brake vent, very little room to move without jacking or ramps and I'm not a fan of working upside-down...

...both methods work. pm coming.

How do you like them? Is the quality as good as you anticipated? Thanks!

Coming in from the top sounds like the way to go, I tried to get in from the bottom side and it's nearly impossible.

Here's a pictorial DIY, hope it helps...

3 Phillips screws hold the headlight shroud in place. Remove this for lid access.

4 t-15 screws hold each headlight lid. Remove these. I found that the back 2 screws come out much easier if you leave the lid down.

A 8mm socket and/or a 8mm combo wrench and a T-20 bit removes the 2 pivot point nuts and bolts. These are nylon sleeved bolts so watch you don't lose the sleeves or drop the nuts into the body work or engine, ask me how I know this...
...the first picture shows the position of my fingers when removing or installing these nuts! I highly recommend the technique AND latex gloves for a bit of a tackey grip.

Rotate headlight forward, disconnect the wiring and remove either the hinge pin and keeper ring -OR- you can remove the 10mm bolt holding the motor lever and pull the entire assembly out

OK, now you have access to the Corner Light Housing. Remove the spring at top.

Remove the 10mm bolt at the inside corner of the housing. I'm pointing toward it in the picture.

Remove the 7mm hexscrew at the outside corner and disconnect the two light sockets.

Reverse the steps with the new lights and your done!
