i know everyone talks about chevy small block engines, but what i was wondering is is there such a thing as a GMC small block? or did GMC trucks just use chevy small blocks?

they are just chevy smallblocks the motors for chevy trucks are same as GMC trucks

thanks for the info...the only reason i was asking is cause i have a small block serial number and cant fine any information to decode it cause it does not fit the normal formatting
