1986 for sale...driver.

I like to keep it real and I will not tell you this car is something it is not.

Here is my wifes 86, a sound driver but this is not a perfect purists dream either,
The car is black with tan interior, yes a repaint it was burgundy, it was a top end paint job but is tired now, waxed it looks okay as a driver, the targa needs repaint.

The interior is nice for a driver but isn't perfect, could use door panels and a carpet kit as the carpet is very faded, missing sun visors and radio.
Seats are nice as is dash and consoles, most everything works very well,
But the power mirrors move when they want to and the heater gets hot when it wants to,
The AC blows cold but the compressor rattles so it needs replacement.
The drivers window is sluggish.
All the gauges work and the headlights roll over very fast and smooth,

I replaced the targa weather strip and had the windshield done so no leaks I also have the doors, targa sides and rear hatch weather strips still in the box to go with the car, what's on there works but is old and dry.

The engine is a 350 that runs very strong, no, I never beat on it, when I got the car it had the smog pump remover kit and upgraded ignition and K&N Air filter.
When I bought the car it had Mallett Motorsport decals but I could not confirm ( without paying them ) that they tweaked the car.
The car is an automatic that shifts fine, the car runs and drives very nice.
I believe it just turned 100K,

In the last year I replaced the tires, battery , alt, water pump.
I would trust to drive the car anywhere.

The car did pass Carfax.

This is a great car for a person who wants a cheap C4 to play with and tinker with while they drive it,
I am selling it only because I simply do not have the means or facilities to own several cars,
So while I might swap it for a C3 it would be better to just sell it for 3500.00.

How many sellers cover things so well?
I just don't have time for low ballers or not picking.
