We are introducing a line of aluminum covers for the C5 and C6. The first C5 I was able to get my hands on has a Magnuson S/C. Like our other covers, these mount firmly using four mounting points. These are top quality aluminum covers with all mounts TIG welded to the main body. We will offer them chrome-plated, painted or bare. The chrome version would look awesome on a polished S/C! I will keep you updated on the progress.
I could use your opinions on the opening around the fuel block. In the pictured configuration, the fuel lines need disconnected to install/remove the left cover. I thought about a slot so the lines didn't need disconnected, but it looked like a large sacrifice in appearance. Which way is the best for the end user?
All comments are appreciated and taken seriously. Thanks for your time.
