How easy are Headlight motors to replace?

My car won't start and was just in the shop last week for a similar problem. The dealership replaced the wire harness to the MAF and the car worked for 2 days and tonight it shut off while driving and would not turn on. Would it possibly be the Fuel pump? I have replaced the Computer before. Could it be that again?

Lastly, how easy is it to get to the passenger window motor to replace?

These are just the problems I can't deal with. It's a beautiful (paid off) corvette and I don't want to let it go because of these seemingly endless problems.

the headlight motors are easy to replace but before you replace the motors check the head light gears.maybe they might be worn out.on your 93 arent those headlights glass? if so the heavy weight of the glass usaully wears out the gears and this could cause it not to work. open the hood and use the manual knobs to raise the lights left/right headlights. now if you feel that theres binding or a stripping type feeling then it might be the gears.if it dosent move at all its the headlight motors.midamericamotorworks.com services head lights for C4's so check them out.

And about that electrical problem; when the car shut off did it sound like it wasnt getting fuel cause the car would have motored ruff and then shut off.then that would be a problem in the fuel system pump/fuelfilter.

if it shut off without warning just like turning off a light.then it could be electrical.maybe in the ignition system. check the easy things first like spark plugs and wires for wear check the altenator conections make sure the wires are bolted down and not loose because this could cause a short.then look at the Distributor is there oil or water leaking down on it?this might the cause of your problems a loose or bad Distributor .the stock OEM one is the weak link in all the C4's. then have the local Pepboys run a engine Diagnostic on your Vette they'll no if theres a Trouble Code linking the problem to something electrical.and if its the Distributor buy a better one then the OEM one.I have a accel opti spark 2 on my Vette it works great! check out summitraceing.com for prices and good luck. as for the window motor its a bit tuff but get your Vette running first.... :)
