Does anyone know if the Z06 Radiator is bigger or smaller than some of the aftermarket ones provided by Dewitts or Ron Davis?

Our Z06 radiator is the same basic size and shape as the stock Z06 rad. The difference between ours and the stock unit is thickness, ours is twice as thick. We also construct the radiator out of die formed pressed tanks, which are fully tig welded on, no epoxy used.
Ron Davis also uses the same style core so performance between theres and ours will be very close to the same. DeWitt's is unique to the industry because we operate our own CAB braze oven which allows us to manufacture the cores inhouse. This gives us the ability to control costs, delivery, quality, and keep all of our manufacturing in the USA.
