I don't know if you guys know or not but I own a water treatment business in NY. Most of my work in Dialysis related though. I'm moving my shop in the next 30 days and have (3) brand new pretreatment setups that are normally used for portable RO's. Anyways they make a great home car wash thats spot free. It consist of sediment filter, carbon media, and mixed bed DI. This is what the car washes use. Just in this case its small and compact, on casters. Already set up with Garden hose fittings. Can also be used with a pressure washer. When I put these in my inventory they cost me $847 Each. I figure rather than moving them I'd offer them up to you guys first At $350 ea.

I also have a bunch of .5 cu ft tanks setup with mixed bed DI and Garden hose fittings if your interested. They can be used the same way.

So this would be something that would be permantly in the garage for whenever cars needed to be washed right?

Exactly. Its just like getting the garden hose out. All you do is roll it out connect it to your hose and its ready to go. I use one for myself as well.
