I know some of you may have already seen this over on CF but this morning TNBUSA and I were going to meet for breakfast. I had to stop for money and he called me, I thought he was going to tell me he was already there waiting on me. Nothing that good at all. He told me he just wrecked his vette. He is crushed and heartbroken. That car is his dream car. He worked hard on it for 4 years to get it to this point.
Here are a few pics of the car from last summer that I took before it was 100% complete.

I went over there today and the appraiser came by to take some pics and take some notes. I do believe Mike is going to rebuild the vette. The next step in finding out what he wants to do is seeing if the frame is going to be okay. I think the frame is going to be okay.

Tell your buddy were thinking about him. I know nothing would console me if my baby was wrecked. Hope it helps a little though.

My wife and I had dinner with my buddy and his wife last night. He told me he already has the motor and trans out of the car. The body shop is coming to get the car on Monday and is going to be putting it on a frame machine and give him an estimate. I am pretty sure he is going to rebuild it.

Good to see he is fixing the car back up, also glad he was ok. How bad was the wreck?

Damn that is one good looking Vette. I'm just starting restoring mine, seeing something like this is motivating. Sorry to hear about the accident.
