can anyone tell me the process for toubleshooting and replacing fuel pump on 1985 corvette? or post the pages from a repair manual? any help would be appreciated. thanks

Undo fuel line check for pumped fuel. Take rubber fuel overflow catch out from the fuel filler area and disconnect the fuel lines, unbolt the 10mm bolts around fuel neck, remove fuel pump by pulling fuel neck up and out gently rotate the neck until it passes up thru the hole in tank to clear the fuel screen and float. You will see the pump and how to replace then. Good luck, Coastal corvette.

I run 2 pumps you should have 40lbs with a good pump 2nd pump is backup main pump won't let you run over 40 50 at start up
