Got a 1994 and I have really only used the CC a few times over the years that's why it seems extra stange to me. Suck on the hose that goes to the diaphragm. The diaphragm should pull in easily. And stay pulled in until the vacuum is released. As the diaphragm is made out of thin rubber, engine heat takes a toll on it. After all these years, the diaphragm most likely has a hole in it. They're around $90 if I recall. | |
