just bought 2006 convertable, previous owner upgraded the brakes to a z06, put 1/2 spacer on orginal wheels, now I can't get rid of the vibration at 70mph, and the car will not turn smoothly at a crawl. any thoughts

Sounds like the spacers have you messed up. Either use Z06 Wheels or maybe put the old brakes back on, if possible
