: T1's or Pfadt bars?

I'm going to get one of these bars. I like the looks of the Pfadt sway bars but have been told they don't fit so hot and that I should go with T1's. I'm currently running a stock motor on a 2004 C5, only changes I have made to the car is Z06 wheels with Nitto 555R's all the way around.

I'm not a professional driver but do like to get out and drive the car. I have gone on some of the Vette meet drives last year and would like to stiffen up the ride a little. The rumor is the Pfadts don't fit good? Is that correct? If not then I would prefer them, don't want to buy something only to have problems with it. I guess thats a no brainer.

The latest T1's have 3 adjustment holes in them. Might be worth a look as well.

Is it bad for the suspension of the car if it becomes to stiff?

Depends what you intend to do with the car. Street use, 1/4 mile, RR(HPDE)?

Are you willing to sacrifice comfort for handling and to what extent?

As tom said. It's all in what you want to do with the car. Can you get the car too stiff? Yes, but not with Pfadt or T1 bars alone. :D
BTW: A stiff car doesn't always go around the turns the fastest. You have to have some movement and weight transfer for things to work at an optimum level.
