I was wondering what sort of mileage most C3's get? I know alot of the newer Vettes have some high 20's curious to see if anyone has been able to track with a C3?

I have only checked mine on longer trips. I drove mine from Kingston Tn to Bowling Green Ky. We drove around for 3 days and then back home. I managed just a hair better than 20 MPG for the trip.

I do have a 5 speed transmission

I get about 9 mpg on my LT-1, but I think even new they only got 10.

If I drive it like a Honda, 10, maybe 12 mpg. If I drive it like a Vette, 2-3 gallons per mile !!!

I have never checked it. If ya can't afford the gas ya shoudn't have a go fast car. Get Hybrid. Just kidding. I drive mine for fun and drive the family car for trips and daily stuff. Now the 31" motor home gets about 8-9 and it sit allot.

the 76 got about 16 mpg. on a trip it would do 19 mpg.
the 84 would get 25 mpg driveing 38 miles to work. and it was fun!

got a c-4 gets 17 to 23 depends on how much you stand on it ooooh for got to mention I run a good shot of nitrous it goes down hill from there about 5 had to go visit other c's had to get away from rage for a while !!!!

I got about 23 MPG on a 4.5 hour trip. I was going about 85 mph with the air on. I have an 81.

I've been getting right around 22 mpg, I am happy with it, I am not even coming close to getting bored with my vette either!

i have a crate 350 in my '78 with about 60k miles on it and a 650 holley and get 15 mpg. its an every day driver for me, lol.
