My driverside headlight is a weaker light than my passenger side and it actually is worse when the high beams are on.
Any thoughts on where I should start to check? Thanks

Are they the same brand and part number? It sounds like the driver's side is a standard bulb and the passnger side is a halogen.

Bad earth? Check your ground wires and the screw into the frame where they terminate

Has it always been like that, or did the problem just recently start? If it has always been like that, you likely don't have matching bulbs. But if it just started, it could be a bad ground at that one bulb. Try thumping the bulb with the palm of your hand. If it suddenly brightens, then it's a bad ground.

TattooGary here. Try your ground wire or the plug on that light might need cleaning. your not getting enough current to that light. It may need a new ground wire to that light.
