I have a 1980 cruise control won't work. I've replaced the transducer. Set switch on the turn signal is hot. Stop light switch on the break pedal is next. Fuse is good. Am I missing something?

Im not sure dude sounds like you got it all covered. My 1980 cruise control doesnt work either, but I havent got that far on it. I have a question about your vette mine is an automatic and at 55 its taching about 2500 rpm is that about like yours or does that sound right? Hope you have more luck getting answers on here than me.:eek:

by any chance does your speedometer work? when mine went out the cruise control went with it. when i replaced it the cruise control worked fine. i'm not sure what else could cause that problem.

speedometer works. still working on the problem.
