Hello All! My name is Jim and I bought a 1980 Corvette in April. I was never much of a wrench turner but have learned a tremendous amount all ready!

I have put in an Edelbrock 600 CFM in and Hooker headers. I plan to change out the intake manifold and change the pulleys. One thing that is different about my engine, it's not the orginal. I believe it's a Jasper engine. If that is the case, I'll be happy because of the better compression, heads and cam. :woowoo:

Look forward to communicating with everyone! :thumbsup3:

Jim

Thanks for the warm welcome. I truely apprecitate it. Try and not laugh too hard, but my job in the Navy was a photographer. I plan to take more photos and unpdate. I know how that can help others as well. So many times I said, "I just want to see a picture of the engine!"

Irony seems to be sticking to me. I took some photos and uploaded them. Problem is, they are not showing. Hmmmm. I posted my question about this in the stickey about uploading photos. Hope people enjoy the photos. So much more work to do though.
