Hi All. I have the leather seats in my 85 that have the little tiny factory holes. Well they also have a small tear in the drivers seat . Is it possible to repair small problems like I have other than the tear the seats are in good shape. Thanks. spro2395

I don't think there's much you can do about the tear other than get the seat reuphostered. I friend of mine just has both of his seats in his 69 reuphostered. They did a great job. I think he said it cost him about $1200. The leather in my 85 is still in good shape. The only problem I have had is with the paint on the bumpers.

Looks just like mine, but without all the wear marks and faded carpet.:coffeetime: wish mine looked that great.

There are specialty shops that restore antique furniture. Talk with one of them as they repair cracks, tears and holes in leather.
Also, go to your favorite restaurant or bar and ask who does the repairs on the seats of the chairs and booths.

I am not sure about the C4 seats but I have done C3 and C5 covers and with a little patience you can do it yourself in a couple of hours for half what a shop would charge.

I have seen leather repair kits. Most of the time you can tell an area has been repaired.
