I have been putting some thought into getting one of the tuner softwares like EFI Live or HP Tuners and was wondering from a end user stand point is one easier to learn over the other?

I'm right behind you on this one. I'm looking too.

Not that there aren't good HPT guys out there, but most of the "pros" I've talked to and got estimates from use EFI Live. So, I'll probably go EFILive to stay compatible when I inevitably eff something up. :D

As far as learning goes they both tune the same GM ECM's so theres no real differences there.

We use HP Tuners exclusively because it provides the capability to tune a lot more vehicles overall than EFI Live including DROF's and (very soon in-
house at DTS/Strictly!) Dodge.
