On 25 Oct, my Visa Card was charge for $698.71 for parts. As of this date, I have not received the parts!

FYI, I placed orders with "Corvette Guys" and "West Coast Corvette" the same day I placed the order with you. Their orders only took 11 and 13 days! Where are my parts?

What you recieved so far is what "WE" personally shipped to you.Ecklers is giving me a story that the girl who took the order filled out the shiping info incorectly into there system so this info went to all the other the dropshipping on ecklers behalf..since the USPS doesn't check adresses your stuff got shipped off into limbo and everything even the drop ships got shipped back to Ecklers and the last dropship the door pulls arrived friday??? So know everything has been reinvoced and boxed together and they are promising me will ship out today. I've been bitching at them all morning trying to get this all pushed through and wondering why I was contacted about this!!! You are billed the same day we are billed by Ecklers..I appoligize they make us look bad. From now on we should probably go with mid america motorworks! who I have never had a problem with...Or I will pay extra out of my own pocket to have ecklers ship everything to Vette Works since we are only 1 day Fedex away...and then ship it out ourselves..becuase I know it will get there in a timely manner. Agian Ian I appoligize!!!!!!!!!!

PS. For those of you out there who have never encounted the "Nightmare on Eckler's Street"...you must have some pretty Strong Smelling Garlic, a Powerful Crucifix, or Silver Bullets!

i ve ordered stuff from Ecklers for many years even when i ran a bodyshop back in the 80 S and never had a single problem you are the first one i ve ever heard of

thats a shame I also have ordered a lot from ecklers never a issue sorry to here that mabe a honest mistake

I have heard many a horror story regarding eklers, from that point on i have stayed away

I have placed a few orders from ecklers and have been satisfied.Somethings were on backorder,but they informed me of it when I placed my order

I will never buy anything from them. Last time I bought from them I had my identity stolen. It was the only place I used my card that month.

I have ordered several things from Eckler's recently and they shipped them to me with no problems. So far I'm very satisfied with them

I wanted to buy a Compartment Divider for my vert. but was concerned that the Divider would push out when the top went down.
I called Ecklers and got a sales rep. that was a vert. owner as well and understood my concern.
He took the time to take a Divider out of stock and installed it in his own car, put the top up and down and reported it was fine - no push out.
I bought the Divider and have been happy with the purchase and Ecklers.
Some times it depends on who you deal with. :burnout:

If Ecklers has something I want,when I vacation at the beach house in Daytona I drive down to Titusville and pick them up.Even then I still have had problems with out of stock and they ship it to my home in Augusta.I don't order by phone or on line.

thats been my experience with them since 1980 never an issue they always are helpful

Been dealin with Ecklers for 34 years without any issues. Cut them some slack.

Never 0nce had a problem with Ecklers and I have been buying from them for over 15 years!!!!

They all act like they are stupid and have no clue...and give excuse after excuse story after story,but I think they got tired of me bitching and decided to get this package back out. I don't really even know now if the story I was told about it invoicing wrong and shipping wrong was even true..I think it was just invoiced wrong and sadly sat for weeks down there collecting dust. If you want you can call them and bitch about all of this but it won't do any good all you get is the indians..and the people they call cheifs??? Next time if for some reason you can only get the part at ecklers I'll have it ship to us becuase we are only a days Fedex away..and then I'll ship it to you..becuase I have no problem doing it..I just got back myself from the post office shipping a C5 SLP intake we painted to Fort Hood in Bamberg. Agian Ian I apoligize that Ecklers made a mess of all of this."

Yes I Had The Same Problem! Every Other Place I Order From Comes A Lot Quicker!
There Are Lots Of Other Corvette Vendors
Lets Not Order From Ecklers Anymore!
